Short Courses

Our short course modules in Leadership & Management can be delivered for:

Individuals through one-to-one tutoring and coaching for or
Groups of staff with a common need through virtual workshops online

Modules can be selected individually or as a combined group. They can be delivered as:

entirely bespoke modules certificated by Boom Training or
units of qualifications accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Where this option is chosen, modules can be combined to lead towards a full qualification such as an Award, Certificate or Diploma.

Operational Leadership & Management

Being equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to manage and lead in a variety of organisational settings is essential if an individual and their organisation are to succeed. This course has been designed for learners who want to develop or sharpen their professional edge and enhance personal effectiveness. Learners will evaluate the impact of an organisation’s structure and governance on management and leadership. They will explore theoretical models, management and leadership styles and approaches designed to promote a culture of mutual trust, respect and support.
